Hannah Liddeaux is a Naarm (Melbourne)–based artist and theatre-maker whose practice spans contemporary performance, installation, and large-scale participatory arts projects. With over two decades of professional experience, her work centres on ensemble-driven creation, youth-led authorship, and inclusive artistic processes.

Hannah has developed and directed original works across theatres, festivals, schools, and public art spaces, and currently directs and lectures at the Victorian College of the Arts (VCAM). She is also Lead Artist at ArtPlay (City of Melbourne), where she creates platforms for young people to curate, design, and produce their own work. Her practice is informed by interdisciplinary collaboration, both locally and internationally.

Hannah regularly collaborates with Alex Walker, together they have a magical symbiosis that is part creative partnership, part chaos engine, part shared mission. There's real gravitas to what they build together: they take the agency of young people seriously, and they’ve spent years designing spaces where young people are not just included but genuinely in charge of the work. Underneath the seriousness, they’re both a bit ridiculous committed to building rehearsal spaces that are wild and generous.
